All products sold at Sports Mall Wardha are 100% original and direct from brand channels. Warranty is governed by the respective brand policies and instructions.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only in unused condition, with original tags intact and accompanied by the original store purchase invoice.

3. Services & Customizations

Tuning, racquet stringing, or custom sports kit layouts are performed based on specifications agreed upon during order placement. Sports Mall is not liable for structural wear during active sports.
